Who owns hrbubble UK?

hrbubble UK was established in 2017 as a joint venture between hrbubble Australia and 2 UK software entrepreneurs. The vision was to offer an affordable HR cloud solution developed specifically for SME’s in the UK. As HR legislation becomes even more enforceable to all sizes of businesses, hrbubble ensures everyone can access an easy-to-use, automated system to remain compliant.

Does the content conform to UK legislation?

hrbubble UK was developed specifically for the UK market, and follows all the latest UK regulations and legislation. It is continually reviewed by top industry consultants to produce and maintain all HR documentation delivered by the platform – so you don’t have to!

Why hrbubble?

hrbubble is a feature rich system, but offers benefits to customers no matter how small or large. Small business can take advantage of the features as they grow and offers the opportunity to establish HR best practice. While larger organisations benefit from all of the features, in particular its performance management capability and the integrated competency management system.

Getting Started

Is it easy to set-up?

It is incredibly easy to set-up and can be done in-house by anyone who already administrates your HR. Or…you can take advantage of our fast set-up service, a 2-day deployment service where one of our consultants will come in to set-up and train the administrators and users for a fixed cost.

What is Fast set-up?

Take advantage of our 2-day deployment:

  • Day 1 – Configuration and set-up : One of our consultants will capture company and employee details, establish all user accounts and on-board any company specific manuals and policies.
  • Day 2 – Administrator and user training : 30 minute sessions in small groups.

If the Competency Management Software is required, please also allow ½ day to capture the core competency skills required by your business.

Do I need extra resource to manage the system?

You will probably already have a dedicated person administrating your holiday calendar, hrbubble even makes that a much simpler task – the rest of the features are just as easy to manage.

Although hrbubble UK is a comprehensive set of features day-to-day management is minimal. Hrbubble just makes the everyday tasks much quicker and easier.

I am a small business – do I really need an HR system?

Unfortunately HR legislation is becoming more enforceable, no matter how small the business.

hrbubble will free up your time to manage the HR tasks and enables you to manage employees better at a lower cost than ever before.

Free Trial and Payment

What happens at the end of my free 30-day trial period?

At the end of your free trial period your monthly payments will be automatically triggered and will be taken from the credit or debit card you entered during sign up.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept credit card & debit card payments on all plans.

How long is your contract term?

You are not tied into a long-term contract. You can cancel your system giving 30 days’ notice at any time.

Do I have to enter my employee data again if I decide to buy?

Absolutely not! You have access to a fully working, backed-up system from Day One of your free trial. Once you have paid for the system it’s just business as usual.

Technical

What devices are compatible with hrbubble?

You can access your hrbubble account from any computer, tablet and smartphone, from anywhere, as long as you have an Internet connection with access to a supported browser.

How do Cloud Systems work and how do they help me run my business better?

Cloud technology is great news for smaller companies.

Rather than installing software on your server and on each user’s computer, cloud software enables you access your systems online. Users simply access the system through a web browser.

Cloud technology is very easy to access – no installation, downloads or maintenance required. We run the IT so you don’t have to.

Benefits for a smaller company are greatly reduced costs, flexible working and the elimination of additional software and hardware.

Data and Security

Where is my data held?

Your data is held in our highly secure data centre in the United Kingdom. If you are a UK or Irish based company, rest assured that none of your data leaves the European Union. Using the hrbubble platform will help you move towards meeting your GDPR obligations for your employees so you will comply with data protection regulations.

How secure is my data?

The security of your data is our number one priority. hrbubble uses HTTPS encryption that ensures your data is always encrypted as it travels from our servers to your web browser. A dedicated access server monitors, logs and controls all access to our data servers. It provides a single point of entry and ensures that your data can only be accessed from specific locations that we control.

Our servers are held in a highly secure UK data centre that has complete CCTV coverage, motion sensors, reinforced access doors, controlled key storage systems, and an array of additional physical controls.

How is my system backed up?

The system is backed up on a daily basis to a third party location using industry leading standards of security and encryption. Backups are kept for seven days. In addition, a backup is kept for the 1st of each month for three months. The backup includes all client data and documents.

How do I import my data?

It is very easy to import your employee data into hrbubble. Full instructions will be given on sign-up.

Can I get my data out if I decide to leave?

Yes it is very simple to export your data from the application and your documents can be individually downloaded. If you have any questions just email our Support Team support@hrbubble.com.

Scaling and Upgrading

Do I have access to all functionality and features?

hrbubble is a feature rich application which helps small business to achieve HR best practice from day one, we do not limit the functionality depending on which plan you choose. This allows you to immediately access the features which are of most value to you, and take advantage of the rest as you grow.

Can I scale up and down between packages?

Yes. The price you pay is determined by the number of employees you have. If you increase or decrease your employee numbers you can simply move to the appropriate plan.
